Church Transitions

We know that as “the Body of Christ” the Church has to grow and change just like our physical bodies. But making the transitions through those changes can become the cause of conflict, confusion, and strong resistance. Spend a day learning how a church decides what changes are necessary, the transition principles that need to be respected and how to decide which transitions need a large buy-in from the congregation and which changes can be started by a few as an experiment.
